Bereavement Team
A gentle and compassionate team that reaches out in support to those who have lost loved ones and are in mourning.

When do we meet?:   As needed to plan events. Contact Kathy if interested!

Book Group
New books and insightful discussion monthly!

When do we meet?:   Third Tuesday of the Month at 1:30 PM, September - June in the Holy Spirit Room

Couples Connect Marriage Minsitry
“As a Catholic ministry for married couples, Couples Connect is committed to supporting and strengthening married couples of all ages through on-going spiritual formation, enrichment, and socialization as they live out God’s plan for their marriage.”

When do we meet?:   Events are throughout the year - make sure to check the bulletin and Spirit Newsletter!

Confirmation Retreat Team
This team prays for and prepares a retreat for candidates for confirmation that will ready their hearts to receive the final Sacrament of Initiation.

When do we meet?:   As needed to plan and pray for the retreat.

Garden Team
Stalwart volunteers keep our flowers looking beautiful Spring-Fall.

When do we meet?:   We are scheduled to care for the grounds throuought the week, contact Kathy Mayer here if you want to help!

Knights of Columbus
Inter-parish association of men dedicated to fellowship and service.

Ladies Guild
Monthly social programs and service opportunities throughout the year for all  ladies!

When do we meet?:   The Third Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM in Fr. Mosovsky Hall, September - May

Men’s Fellowship
Monthly meetings of prayer and discussion for all men!

When do we meet?:   The First and Third Thursdays of the Month at 8:00 AM in the St. Katherine Drexel Room

Parish Librarians
Team devoted to maintianing and growing our library resources and  connecting them to parishioners who need them.

When do we meet?:   As needed to plan and pray. Contact Yvonne, Parish Librarian Here!

PSR Teachers / VBS Catechists
This team helps parents eveangelize and instruct their children in the Faith through weekly PSR Classes and our Summer Vacation Bible School Program.

Quo Vadis Young Adult Group
A community for 18-39 year olds where they can discuss the Faith, pray, and socailize in a casual atmosphere. 

When do we meet?:   Tuesday Evenings at 7:00 PM at St. Joseph Parish, Avon Lake

sALt Youth Group
A community for high schoolers who meet every Sunday at 7 PM in the Hall to build community and better live the Christian life.

When do we meet?:  Sunday at 7:30 PM in the Youth Room of Fr. Mosovsky Hall.

Social Justice Committee
Devoted to a better understanding and implementation of the Church’s Social Teaching.

When do we meet?:  Second Thursday of the month at 6:30 PM at St. Joseph Parish in the office conference room.

St. Elizabeth Center
Team who weekly prepares meals for those being helped at the St. Elizabeth Center.

When do we meet?:   We collect meals each Tuesday in the Church parking lot. Contact the Parish Office for Details. 

Welcome Committee
A group that will reach out to new parishioners to help them get to know Holy Spirit Parish and the opportunities available to them.
