sALt High School Youth Group
All high schoolers are welcome! sALt takes its name from Jesus’ words in Matthew 5:13—a reminder that we are called to bring flavor, light, and goodness into the world.
We’re a tight-knit, welcoming community that grows in friendship and faith together.

Sundays, 6:15–8:15 PM

What to Expect
We share a meal, play group games, and dive into faith-based discussions and activities (often including Adoration).
Throughout the year, we also host overnight retreats, serve our community through local outreach, and participate in diocesan events.
Who Leads
A committed team of adult mentors accompanies our teens each week.
